September Card Tag

I was given this card by Robin to lift and this is what I came up with.

I started with a red card stock base, I then took a piece of blue card stock and cut half of this file which I added to the lower portion of the base.  I covered the top with a scrap of Fancy Pants patterned paper.  I covered the seam with a piece of blue satin ribbon.  I placed a blue paper rose on the center of the ribbon and placed twigs punched with a Martha Stewart punch cut from coordinating Fancy Pants paper under the flower.
